2	SHUBA - layers of herring, vegetables and mayonnaise.
3	SELODKA - herring served with potatoes.
4	RASNOSOL - selection of Russian pickles.
5	AUBERGINES - with fresh dill, garlic, nuts and pomegranates.
6	CRAB SALAD - with crab meat, rice and vegetables in mayonnaise.
7	VINIGRETTE - cooked vegetables with pickles, beetroot and olive oil.
8	KHOLODETS - cooked meat in a special-flavoured jelly broth.
9	MYSNOE ASSORTY - assorted smoked meat platter.
10	GRIBE MARINOVANYE - mushrooms marinated in a Russian style.

1	ROASTED DUCK - with apples and served with roast potatoes.

		onions, parsley and rice.
